This notice covers Sphera Credit Data at data.spheracredit.com, run by Sphera Credit. Everything else is covered by the Sphera Credit privacy policy.

What we collect

When you connect an AI assistant: your email address, first and last name, company, role, and whether you asked for marketing emails.
Which assistant you connected, such as Claude, ChatGPT or Codex.
When you last used the service and which tool was called. We do not record your questions, your conversations, or the text your assistant sends with a request.
Standard request data, such as IP address and time, which our hosting provider keeps briefly for security and rate limiting.

To sign you in and keep your assistant connected.
To contact you about Sphera Credit, our loan origination platform for lenders. We send marketing emails only if you ticked the box, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
To protect the service from abuse, for example with bot detection and rate limits.

Sign-in records are stored on Amazon Web Services in Montréal, Canada. Sign-in codes are sent by Amazon Simple Email Service from Montréal.
The service runs on Vercel in Montréal, Canada.
Your contact details and usage dates are stored in HubSpot, our customer relationship management system, which may store data outside Canada.

This site sets one cookie to keep you signed in while you connect an assistant. It sets no advertising or analytics cookies.

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or withdraw consent to marketing emails, by writing to privacy@spheracredit.com.
You can disconnect Sphera Credit Data from your assistant at any time in its connector settings.
